Sound Minds monthly 'Headlights' residency at the Princes Head on Falcon Road SW11 has been casting a penetrating beam over Battersea's entertainment scene for more than a year now. It's a friendly night of mixed entertainment with a jazzy/bluesy anchor in Battersea's self styled 'All Nations' pub

April's shower are the seriously jazzy Curveball Quartet with Jo Fontain in support. Expect unseasonal 'Autumn Leaves'. In season and up for it will be our usual selection of floor spots. If you'd like to join the line-up, let us know and take a chance, or ring ahead to announce your intentions. The fun starts at around 8.00 and it's still free.

Thanks to the Dave Cuthbert who braved the snow to appear with his triumvirate of triumphant jazzers.

There was powerful support from Jo Fontain and Coral Hines (with a new tune to share) among others. Next month: Bluesology return with the Friday Band in support and of course the usual cocktail of floor spots.

Thursday December 8th 2011saw  the Princes Head on Falcon Road London SW11 come alive with a tasty assortment of titbits and dancing. A varied menu of floorspots were the appetisers with the main course provided by three bands on top form. Bluesology, The Friday Band and The Blessed ensured an evening full of Christmas cheers. The whole thing was supported by the Wandsworth Cultural Wealth Fund. Thanks to the Princes Head staff and especially the landlord, Lloyd - what a voice he has!!
