We were really excited to welcome Jack to our team at the start of August in the new role of Creative Development Worker.
We were looking for a musician to come in to the role which is varied and includes individual and group work in music, the production of events, and helping steer our members’ creative journeys.

Jack fitted the bill as he is a musician and producer, has a degree in Music Performance and experience as a performing artist, session player and live sound engineer. Jack played a key role in the setting up of a local venue and club dedicated to blues music.
As Jack keeps hearing the role is a rule of thirds:
- To work with clients with members in individual and group sessions, helping them to achieve and create through live music and music production.
- To work with our members on an ongoing 121 basis to ensure that their creative practice develops.
- To take the lead role in the development of internal and external events including gigs, visual art exhibitions and workshops.
This means that if you have a great idea for a project or partnership then Jack is the person to get in touch with!
