If you can meet the criteria below and want to make a real difference to the lives of people living with ill mental health, read on. We particularly welcome interest from people with lived experience of mental health.

Please note that the work we do mostly takes place during weekday office hours, although committee work and other admin work may be in the evenings.
Live Music and Music Production
We are looking for musicians to help to facilitate groups and assist with live band sessions. An intermediate knowledge of more than one instrument is essential.
We would also like to recruit people with proven music production skills in Reason or Logic to work one to one. Perhaps you have a home studio and would like to share your skills while helping others to meet their creative goals?
Music tuition – would you like to pass on your skills to others?
We particularly welcome young people who have themselves experienced mental ill health.
Note – A minimum six month commitment required.
Thanks to fantastic financial support from the Sophie Clarke Foundation we will be expanding our visual arts activities. If you have some arts experience and training and can commit to a few hours every week for at least six months we’d love to hear from you! You will work with a wide range of people helping them to realise their creative ideas, sharing your skills and guidance.
